HOW
I GOT HERE...
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. Having to deal with weight issues while I was young gave me the drive to learn everything I could. Learning by myself was always a struggle and at times I felt like I was going nowhere. That's why I became a trainer.
I've been a NASM Certified Trainer since 2018 and I specialize in Strength, Conditioning and Weight Loss. I also hold certifications in TRX Training and Postpartum Training.
With experience in both large group and private sessions, I look forward to bringing my knowledge, experience and creativity to my clients to make fitness exciting.
My goal for all my clients is to teach them everything I can so they can have a lifetime of success with their own goals.
